I am based out of Ballwin, Missouri and provide concierge service, so I drive to you and meet you where you are most comfortable, whether that be in your home, on the trail, or on the court! I am currently serving St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and parts of Southern Illinois.

For those with private insurance:

If you have ‘out of network’ benefits with your insurance, you may be reimbursed for a specific amount for each visit. I will provide you with a superbill upon request- a list of all services rendered which can be submitted by you to your insurance company. You may also use your HSA and FSA accounts to pay for services. Otherwise, for our clients with private insurance, all of our services are cash-based.

For those clients with Medicare:

We do accept Medicare Part B, however we do not at this time accept coverage through Medicare Advantage Plans.

Typically, I like to speak to each prospective patient prior to agreeing to work together, to ensure it will be a good fit for both of us. On this phone call consultation, the option may be given to schedule the first visit.

It depends. Typically, the longer you have been dealing with an issue, the longer it takes for complete resolution. That being said, with 1 on 1 service, one hour visits, and personalized attention, you will improve much faster than other clinics where your therapist’s attention may be focused more on documenting, treating multiple patients at once, or dealing with insurance barriers.
